Saturday Morning Yoga- with Lynne Poole
At The Bent Willow at 11:30
Join me for a gentle yoga class with a different theme each week.
You will be guided through different postures to help build stamina,
flexibility, and endurance.
With an atomosphere of no judgement and respect for your body and
others you will find the comfort to allow yourself to become stress free
and reap the benefits of continued health.
It addition to the yoga class, there will be a short meditation to round
out the practice.
At the of class I will take suggestions for the following week’s yoga
class to help with issues you may have.

Time: 11:30 am to 12:30pm.
Cost: $10 per class, no lengthy commitment
