Full Moon Sound Bath

This is a special time for the sacred feminine energies and an excellent time to travel inward to explore our own ideas of home, sanctuary, and boundaries. As we gather together in community for a journey in sound healing, please join us for a very special sound bath to acknowledge these themes hosted by Melody Alderton-Ballik, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

For those new to sound baths please know that there is no right or wrong way to receive one. No experience with meditation is required. Some people may experience emotions, physical sensations, and vivid dreams during or after a sound bath. Some people fall asleep! These are all normal possible outcomes. Sound therapies can be helpful for anyone who experiences physical pain, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, addictions, mood disorders, and a host of other health concerns. Each experience for each person is unique. All that is required of you is to bring a yoga mat if you have one and bring anything that will help you be comfortable in a lying or seated position for approximately one hour. Pillows, blankets, and journals are encouraged!

Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs and we will make every effort to accommodate. Melody will be available before and after to provide support as needed and to answer questions.

Tickets $25

Limit = 25 participants
